This isn't a table for idle spectators. It's a table for locked-in contenders.
The Table works because everyone in the room has earned their seat. Members tend to be people who:
- Carry real responsibility, or are on a clear path to it.
- Make strategic calls with no one to help think them through.
- Stay candid and open to feedback.
- Show up consistently and do the work.
- Give as much as they take.

How much time does it take?
One half day a month, plus whatever you choose to put in between meetings: 1:1s, networking with other members, the occasional group outing. That's it.
Is it really confidential?
Yes. What's said at The Table stays at The Table. It's the first rule, and we hold it. Break it and you're out, immediately. No exceptions.
Do I have to sign an NDA?
No. We're not trading in government secrets. We trust you to be an adult, follow the first rule and use discretion.
What if my industry is already taken?
Then we can't seat you at The Table. One industry per group. You'll be first in line when we launch a new group.
What types of people are in the group?
A deliberate mix of owners, founders, and executives from different industries and at different stages. The range is the point. Whatever you're facing, someone in the room has been close to it.
Can I sit in before I join?
No. There's no drop-in and no trial run. A seat is earned through the process, and the group decides who takes one. By the time you're in, you'll know it's right and so will we.
How long is the commitment?
Membership runs a year at a time and renews annually. You can opt out anytime before your renewal date.
