The Group
A room where you can finally say the quiet part out loud.
The Table is a deliberately small group of leaders: executives, founders, and business owners, who hold themselves to a high standard and want a place to think clearly with people who get it. Everyone gives. Everyone grows.
How it works
Every member is selected on what they want from the group, what they've done, what they know, and how they fit the people already in the room. We meet one half day a month in Hamilton County. We keep it to one person per industry, so you're never in the room with a competitor and never guarding what you say. We go further with our cardinal rule: what's said at The Table stays at The Table. No exceptions. I handle the structure so you can spend your energy on each other.
The Floor
Each meeting, one or two members take The Floor. Uninterrupted time to put a real issue in front of the group and get its full attention. The rest of the time is for check-ins, wins, challenges, and working through what's in front of you. There's nowhere to hide at The Table…and nowhere you'd want to. You're in a room that has your back.
You own your decisions
You bring the challenge. The group helps you think. No one here hands down quick fixes, and no one decides for you. You take what fits, and the final call stays yours. You help build the group, you help shape the culture, you help yourself grow.
Between meetings
Each member can book a one-on-one with me each quarter, when you need it. Day to day, I'm a text away to talk something through or set up your turn on The Floor. But the real value isn't me, it's the rest of the room. Call a member. Grab coffee. Bounce something off someone who's two steps ahead of you on it. The monthly meeting starts the relationships. What you do between meetings is where they pay off.
Membership
$5,400 a year through 2026. We add members slowly and deliberately, and we hold everyone to the same standard.
